How do I purchase Red Mercury software?
All Red Mercury products are free to try for a limited number of days. If you would like to purchase a full version that will not expire, you can register the software.
To register software for your Microsoft Windows desktop or laptop, purchase an activation code at the Red Mercury online store. Software for Windows can be automatically activation through the game. You will need to enter your original order number to complete the activation process.
To register software for your Palm OS handheld, purchase a 14-digit UnlockCode at the Red Mercury online store.
Red Mercury software is distributed electronically. There are never any shipping or handling charges on any Red Mercury products. All products can be downloaded directly from the Red Mercury website at any time.
You will receive your unique UnlockCode via email a few minutes after you submit your order. The email will also contain additional instructions on how to enter your UnlockCode. If you don't receive an UnlockCode, and you think you should have, try the UnlockCode Wizard or, contact support@red-mercury.com.
I have two computers, do I have to purchase the game twice?
If you use more than one computer, you can activate your AcidSolitaire Collections games on both.
Download and install the games on your computer and click the Activate button. You will need to enter your original order number to complete the activation process. If you need help, try the UnlockCode Wizard or send an email to support@red-mercury.com.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Ordering online is fast and easy. However, we do accept payment by check or money order (checks must be drawn on a US bank)

Include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The name of the Windows product(s) you are purchasing
- The name of the Palm OS product(s) you are purchasing

Once we receive your payment, we will send you your UnlockCode(s) via email.
Can I fax in my order?
If you prefer to fax your order rather than submit your order through the Red Mercury online store,
Fax the following information to (847) 919-4393:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The name of the Windows product(s) you are purchasing
- The name of the Palm OS product(s) you are purchasing
- The 16-digit RegIDs displayed on the Register screen of each product
- Your HotSync name (for Palm OS only)
- Credit card information:
- Type of credit card
- Name as it appears on credit card
- Credit card number
- Credit card expiration date
- Total amount to charge to credit card
How do I purchase Red Mercury software as a gift?
Red Mercury software makes great gift. Our automated gift-giving features will be up and running soon.
In the meantime, you can purchase a gift Order Number (windows users) and UnlockCode (Palm users) to send to your friends and family.

- Purchase an UnlockCode through the Red Mercury online store.
- Enter "Gift for (include name)" in the comments field.
- Supply your information, your credit card payment and your email address on the order form (the UnlockCode email will be sent to you).
- Prepare a gift giving email, card, etc. and include:
- A link to the download page for the product you purchased,
- the UnlockCode you received via email, and
- instructions for the gift recipient to send an email to support@red-mercury.com to receive their new UnlockCode.
Can I get a refund?
If you have any problems with your order, or if you are not completely satisfied, please email us at support@red-mercury.com. If we can't make you happy, we'll gladly refund your money. Just ask. We will be unable to offer refunds 30 or more days after a purchase is made.
If you ever feel that your credit card has been charged incorrectly, please let us know and we will fix the problem right away.
