How do I request a new UnlockCode?

If you need a new UnlockCode or never received your original UnlockCode, you can request a new UnlockCode at any time using the automated UnlockCode Wizard. The UnlockCode Wizard is designed to solve all UnlockCode problems quickly and easily.

If the UnlockCode Wizard is unable to help, send an email to support@red-mercury.com with the following information to help us locate your original order and create a new UnlockCode for you.

1. Your name
2. The product name and platform (i.e., Windows or Palm OS)
3. Your 16-digit RegID from the Register screen
4. Your order number, or the email address you provided at the time of purchase

I think I found a bug in the software, what do I do?

First, make sure you have the latest version installed. If the problem still occurs after installing the latest version, we want to know! Send an email to support@red-mercury.com with the following information:

1. Name of the product and version number
2. Platform (e.g., Windows XP, Windows 2000, Palm OS)
3. Description of the problem
4. Steps to reproduce the problem
5. Any other information you think might be relevant
